Visas — Sudan

Send your request and we follow it with the authorities. The decision to grant a visa belongs to the authorities alone.

How a request runs

  1. You send the request

Your name, nationality, the purpose of the visit and the dates you plan to travel.

  2. We reply

With the documents required in your case, the fee for each stage and the expected time.

  3. You pay the stage and send the documents

Each stage is paid in advance, before its work starts.

  4. We follow the request

And tell you the result as soon as the authorities decide.

Before you send

  • This is a private site. It is not an embassy or a government body and does not issue visas.
  • Do not send passport copies through this page. We ask for documents directly after we reply.
  • Fees are stated in writing, stage by stage. Each stage is paid in advance.

What is published about entry visas

A summary of published sources, for reference. We confirm what applies to you today when we reply.

The Embassy of Sudan in Washington lists, for business visas, a signed form, a passport valid at least 6 months, a photo and a sponsor letter, with a US$154 fee and up to 10 working days. The Investor Guide 2025 states that an investor's visa is obtained on arrival at the airport or through an embassy, and that the first visit is for 2 months, extendable.

Current rules could not be confirmed. No official e-visa portal was found. A 2022 US Commerce guide mentions arrival visas only at Khartoum airport; which airports handle arrivals now is not verified.
